Bad experience overall. I walked in the people working weren’t very friendly didn’t look up when I said thank you. My sandwich was completely separated and melted and stuck to the bag. The store didn’t have any napkins and when they asked they gave me bathroom paper towels that they ripped off.

The woman at the counter named Mamma was not friendly at all and didn’t seem to know anything about their products. Every question I asked about every item was answered with “I don’t know,” and she didn’t even make any effort to ask someone who might know. On the other hand, the lady making the food was very nice. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name. They were out of one item, and she approached me politely and with respect. I really appreciated her attitude. I’m glad to see that good customer service is not completely gone nowadays.

Came to the Veranda Peets for the first time. What a lovely experience. All the employees were friendly, upbeat and well versed in their roles. We ordered ground coffee and two beverages, which were both delicious. Great service and would absolutely visit them again when in the area.
