Stopped of 95 going north looking for a Cracker Barrel but they closed at 9:00pm so went to the McDonald's, well now I remember why I stopped going there. First the place and people were fantastic so I 5 ⭐ them, but that's not what you are there for, the food. I ordered the fish sandwich meal, bland and tasteless worthy of 2 ⭐, the supposedly fantastic 🍟 were cool and tastless also 1 ⭐. Bill ordered the double burger, dry and ended up only eating one and really didn't enjoy it at all so 1 ⭐. Maybe it's just us but it does seem like no one does any taste testing anymore. Waited over 10 minutes for a delivery order that apparently wasn't even being prepared correctly. Employees discussed the issue among themselves but never bothered to explain what was happening to me while I stood there waiting. As a delivery driver, time matters. A simple "we're having an issue with the order" would have been appreciated. Instead, I was left guessing until the order was finally handed over with no apology for the delay. Poor communication and a waste of time.

I wanted to thank Tasha for being so super nice to me! I had fostered a very shy little Chihuahua cross who went to a new home in Palm Coast. I have been going to this McDonald’s. I feel like most employees are always in a very pleasure friendly and full of customer service mood. I enjoy coming because of the friendly greeting and willing to satisfy feeling I get from them. Today I had a great experience that brightened my mood from Amanda and Latrelle. They were so friendly and fun through the drive through. You need more people like them in fast food. Now I’m in a good mood. The food was very good too and fresh!
