"Hi welcome to subway! What can I get started for you?". That's how my visit SHOULD start. A warm welcome. I got a "Hi" which is admittedly better than others, but not a good start when you are in a hospitality business. Paid extra for double tuna. Even pointed it out, twice. No explanation just a blank stare back. Got what looks a regular portion. Pauses mid sandwich to speak with a friend. I haven't eaten at a subway for about five years. This is why. Og Mandino, the greatest salesman in the world. Read it, it could change your life. Thank me later.

To be totally transparent I don't think I've visited a subway since before we all learned the truth about Jared. Anyway the kids picked subway for lunch so we headed over to the winn Dixie plaza. I was stunned to see a line and even crazier they had a line when we got there, while we ate, and still when we left. These two gentlemen deserve some praise. They kept the line moving, took phone orders, even smiled after receiving the craziest questions or requests. Two thumbs up.

It had been quite some time since my last visit to Subway, and I must say, my experience this evening exceeded expectations. The young gentleman who assisted me, Treyvon (please forgive me if I’ve misspelled his name), was truly exceptional. He was both patient and attentive, especially as I took a moment to decide due to my long absence. Our interaction was genuinely pleasant, and his professionalism made the entire visit enjoyable. It’s refreshing to encounter such thoughtful customer service—I only wish more places embodied this level of care. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Paid for double protein on two of my subs and there was barely any. tipped almost 6 dollars. Mind you it was a online pickup order. Spend your money elsewhere!
