The worst Jack in the box, employees are rude made me go pick up my food on the side came out with no sauce, napkins when I asked politely she said yes rolled her eyes went inside came out with one ranch no sauce gave me attitude than asked me to pay for another ranch. I’ve never been charged for 1 extra ranch at any other ranch. The drive thru is for a reason I had to get out to get out of my car to go get sauce and napkins while my toddler is in the car. Ordered for a family of four — was told no sauces would be given! I asked with all this food I still have to pay for even just one? — yes she said and told me to park in front and then FORGETS ALL THE SAUCES I PAID FOR ANYWAY and guess what? receipt had no evidence of sauces paid for BUT I handed her my card twice! BS I SWEARRRRR

This is one of the worst stores for delivery pickups. The staff treats drivers with total indifference, almost like we’re begging for food. When the lobby is closed, they refuse to answer the speaker or the window, but then get upset if you try to get their attention. It regularly takes 30 to 40 minutes just to get an order.
