Sent my wife in to get me carne asada street tacos to go, ended up with a beef and bean burrito somehow. Added my own avocado hot sauce to make it more palatable, but I'm seriously disappointed. This is NOT what we ordered. You guys really suck at this.

I really wish the had the fish tacos available but its understandable. The Carne Asada Fries were fire. You can never go wrong with a couple of churros for desert. I was satisfied.

The food is not that great. The customer service is terrible. I’ve been in the customer service/call center industry for over 40 years. The attitude of your cashier are absolutely terrible. I would rather have a Taco Bell on that corner. Better food, better taste and good customer.

The staff is great. The tortillas are constantly dry and broken. They don't fold the burritos right either. Again. They have great attitudes. Maybe just review how the tortillas are stored and who is folding/rolling them. Literally THE worst tortillas I have ever had in my life... not to mention all the homeless hanging out inside.
