This was my first time at a Famous Dave's and unfortunately a horrible experience, the only thing I can complement on is the kindness of the gentleman preparing the food and the potatoe salad. Upon arriving I expected a sit down restaurant style place but its very much like a Dickies. The tables were all dirty so I took the time to wipe down an available table, at the time I was unaware but learned after that the gentleman sitting at the table next to the one I chose was the manager. He sat there and watched me clean off my own table. He sat there and watched me switch out my empty paper towel

Update: I came back and spoke to the manager and was completely disregarded as a customer trying to talk to “Toni” about the $60.69 order. I spent an additional $24.93 to order again in person tonight and will not visit again. Hi, I’m Kaleb from West Virginia. The food was really good. I ordered one boneless wing basket with the hottest flavor, devil spit sauce, for $15. Also, I added the St. Louis-style spareribs full slab for 36 bucks, and it includes sides, so I chose the cheesy jalapeño mac & cheese, which had me hollering and only finished half of it. Vegas has thousands of resturants, so many till you can eat a different place everyday for 5+ years straight. I say that to say, out of all the resturants I could have eaten at yesterday, I chose Famous Dave on Paradise, In Las Vegas next to UNLV. I paid for a bad expensive experience. I have eaten here two times before and had great food. I see they have a new cook that makes the meats because I dont remember ever seeing him. This explains my bad experience. I have posted a picture of my tough ribs that was drowning in sauce as if the Cook was trying to dress up the fact these were old ribs

I just visited this place for the first time and everything was hot, delicious and prepared with love! Jimmy, Paula and Chris was great and provided excellent customer service! They even checked on us while we were eating to see if everything was good. This was our best dinner while visiting Vegas. We had a combination of ribs, links, potatoe salad, beans, Mac and cheese and the corn bread. Chef’s kiss!
