I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at IHOP. Unfortunately, the food I received was cold when it arrived at the table, despite the long wait time. After waiting so long, I expected the meal to be fresh and properly prepared. In addition, the food looked nothing like the menu photos and appeared to have been put together very poorly. Another issue was the atmosphere in the restaurant. During my visit, there was a staff member loudly yelling, which was disruptive and made it difficult to enjoy my meal. Multiple issues, came with A friend for breakfast placed our order with the waitress. They delivered my friends breakfast ( not mine) and said there’s too many people ordering what you’re ordering so it’s gonna be you’ll have to wait & basically we ate separately. In addition, the manager walked by and said Everything OK I Said no and he kept walking. The table next to us, a Latino family apparently Wanted to add more to their specific meal but not paid for order changes, The Latino manager of course accommodated there request.
