Have been going here to the Paramus location for a while everything was great until the last 2 times I have visited. Went from serving 2 pieces of chicken which would be the right portion To now a nugget size one piece but quick to up charge without even telling you. Which would be fine if it was actually fresh n hot. Your store quality just took a nose dive all your salads are old they just sit in containers and retain water. Food is never hot basically cold!
