I’m a regular Starbucks customer during the week but will be adjusting my route to avoid this location for coffee. If managers see this post, I hope you can make a positive change with some of the staff. Some staffers, not all can care less that you are waiting to be attended to and make you wait literally (I timed it, yes I did) 5 minutes while the staff laughed and giggled, taking their sweet time making other drinks.
