It took them almost 5 mins to even acknowledge us before taking our order. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, there was urin everywhere. The soda machine was out of almost everything. Food took a long time to come out when I only ordered a sandwich and 2 drinks. Not worth the time or money I spent here.

Most of the employees are very friendly. Food is good. However, this Wendy's do not understand fast food because it took 10 minutes to get someone to take my order. Reason was they were switching over but then a worker came out to the truck that had been parked at the window. No food exchange just parked there to wait on this woman. Use a parking spot so we can get our food and get to work. No matter what time of the day this store needs training on speed.

The manager at this location is foul mouthed, rude and loud. This is when she is in the restaurant. Most of the time when I arrive at the drive thru she is outside smoking. This is very unfortunate since I don't like the other options in my area. So now I am driving to other areas for my food. Complained before and she is still there same attitude and mouth

I get inventory from the app not being completely correct or whatever. But replacing 2 Frostys with a soda and a cookie does not equal $8.39? And the employee said they didn’t want to do a refund. I would’ve rather just refund the whole order and just go somewhere else. The sodas I did get did not have a proper lid for the drink. It was a coffee lid. Service absolutely sucked too. Each time I go to this one it’s trash. The numbers on the recipe or location on Google does not work. $4.90 ≠ $8.39
