My husband and I wanted to try a few of their sandwiches. They have a limited time sandwich called, street corn chicken and we also got to try another called smokestack. Both sandwiches were made great but we definitely like the street corn better. I did a pick up and as soon as I walked in I was greeted right away. The employee in the front noticed I needed help locating the pick up shelf. He helped me find it and another employee handed it off to me. It was an overall great experience!

Quick friendly service. One of the best Potbelly locations around. This place is always clean well-staffed and the food comes out as you would expect. Parking can be a bit tight but it's a free lot for the most part. Definitely recommend this for a quick bite

I really enjoy and love Potbelly's sandwiches, but unfortunately I have to leave this bad review for this location. Today I ordered 3 sandwiches through DoorDash, mine being a Grilled Chicken. Upon receiving I opened my sandwich and took a bite. It tasted sour, and the bread was soggy, due to doordash taking almost 30 minutes to deliver the sandwich. When I open the sandwich I found that half the bread was moldy. I notified DoorDash as soon as it happened and they issued the refund. It just amazes me that none of the people preparing the sandwich saw it. Absolutely no quality control.

Store was really nice really. Clean and looks cool. I would spend more time. Parking is rare side and free. It wasn't really crowded. ✅ unfortunately restroom wasn't enough clean and I am sure they will fix it. Thank you✅
