Junz is tucked away in a mini mall off Dransfeldt Rd. The exterior is unassuming, and their interior is modern yet simple. Their sushi, however, is the best in Parker. They have a sizable sushi bar and plenty of seating. We were ushered to our table immediately upon arrival at 1230pm on a Sunday. We ordered the sashimi roll, crunchy roll, spider roll, and rock n' roll. We chose the shrimp cocktail appetizer as well. Each selection was beautifully prepared, and the ingredients were fresh. We had mixed feelings after our first visit. We ordered a variety of sushi along with several appetizers and main dishes. The sushi was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and definitely the highlight. I especially recommend the scallop roll. The rest of the menu did not quite match that standard. The risotto was undercooked, the scallops wrapped in prosciutto were very dry and overcooked, and the steak lacked flavor. That said, the orange and mushroom sauces served with the dishes were very good. Overall, we would return, but most likely just for the sushi.

Stop looking, you Must go! Even though there aren’t Japanese chefs in the kitchen, the food here is made with love, and you can taste it in every bite. Every dish was amazing fresh, flavorful, and just downright delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back! If you want super deli Japanese food, this spot is a must! Thank me later.

As usual Junz was delicious again. Went for a birthday celebration and were promptly seated. The waiter did an excellent job the entire night (including with a awnry 6 year old). Sushi was delicious as always and we certainly got a ton of it! Couldn't recommend this place enough to people looking for a good sushi fix (although they have much more than that too)!
