I frequent this location as it is the closest to my home and work. The in person experience is subpar at best with inconsistent quality of drinks and impolite employees. The final straw was placing a delivery order this morning in which my matcha was made a coffee, the bacon was half full and under cooked, the hashbrowns were soggy, and the donut I ordered was missing. Employees are human too, I get it and I know mistakes are bound to happen but this is abhorrent.

i asked for loaded hashbrowns without bacon. i’m allergic to bacon. i didn’t say i was allergic, but still said NO bacon, it’s even on the bag. and yet, when i pull the food out, it’s covered in bacon. is it that hard to read a damn bag before you make someone’s food? or you just don’t care cuz you make minimum wage💀 this isn’t the first time this has happened.

Good place for coffee and donuts on the run, with considerate staff. The drive-through is almost always very busy, but the generally long line moves along nicely. Parking is not a problem, but entitled people are: it never ceases to amaze me how some people (like this guy without a handicapped placard displayed on the dash, or hanging from the mirror) think that they can commandeer a handicapped parking spot (the only such space in the Dunkin’ parking lot). The short, chubby (yet, able bodied) driver took offense to me taking this photo of his vehicle, so he yelled at me - all the while so

Always slow, always bad. Doesnt matter the time of day. Doesn’t matter if you order ahead. It takes 10min for them to even acknowledge you at the drive thru- has happened on multiple occasions. Any other Dunkin in the area is far better. This location needs better management ASAP.
