The video says it all. I stood at the counter long enough to make 2 videos. A woman whom I assume was the manager came to the counter to talk to 2 men that looked like contractors that were supposed to donsome work based on the conversation the woman had with them, literally across the counter from me. Her 3rd trip by me without asking if I needed help. Before that, there was a guy that was putting the sandwiches together who at some point headed towards me, only to go outside to retrieve some cords from his car. Snowy cold morning, stopped for an egg mcmuffin and sausage mcmuffin with egg. An egg mcmuffin is a round patty. I got scrambled folded over. (See pics) I don't like scrambled is why I get the egg McMuffin. Not sure what was happening at the store but it wasn't busy and took 8 min.to get up to the window. Its okay, Merry 🎄 Christmas!

Kiesha was working the drive-thru today around 12pm. As I waiting in line all I herd from the intercom was a booming upbeat thank you after every order. When I finally made it to the window she had great smile and make a quick joke (I gave a $1 instead of a $20 lol) w me and told my nephew hello in the backseat. THANL YOU KIESHA KEEP SMILING
