I don't know how they do the Wednesday 3 piece chicken dinners for only $7.99. The Special comes with the 3 pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, a delicious biscuit and coleslaw. It's the best Special out there. I plan on returning.

What a disappointment. Went through the drive thru this evening for my family’s dinner, quick and easy after a long day at work. I ordered a 4 piece meal, all dark and a 4 piece meal all white. I paid the upcharge for the all white meal. I get home and I received 4 wings. I get a 4 piece meal should 2 wings 2 breasts but 4 flipping wings. Absolutely ridiculous. The mashed potatoes and gravy was so pasty you couldn’t even swallow it, definitely sitting in the styrofoam cup and warmer LONG after it should have been. Horrible service sat in the drive through for 10 min waiting for someone to take my order, had to go into the building to get service and there were 10 people inside just standing in the back not working. The place smelled like weed

Dry, dry dry. Stopped in for two 3pc dinners this evening and the chicken was horrible, dry & missing skin! When calling in to let the staff know the young girl kept saying huh, what, huh? Then disconnected the call. A few minutes later I called again asking to speak with a manager and was told there is no manager on duty, and no supervisor on duty. I said that's fine when will they be in and I was told tomorrow and I asked for the name of the manager I was told Tommy. To management of this store and the store you need to take good look at your staff. This was unacceptable for customer service
