I don’t usually write reviews, but I think it’s important to point out areas that could be improved. I visit this restaurant often and usually buy chicken soup several times a month because the food in general is good. However, today I had a bad experience. My soup was not properly sealed and was placed in a bag that didn’t help keep it stable. When I put it in my car, the container opened and spilled completely, making a mess inside my vehicle. Loved this place, until I found a roach in my bowl! So disgusting. When I went back to show the manager all she could say was that this was out of her control. I’ll never be back , it’s 2026 do better!

I was on press by the food at this place, the yuca wasn’t good at all. Their green sauce was nice. The chicken was OK the place looked dirty had all kinds of vegetables and stuff like that kind of like a wannabe Sardy, which I don’t like either. I won’t be coming back. I lived in Northern Virginia for 25 years and, we just can’t touch the chicken in there.

I usually like this place and their food. HOWEVER ... wow, was I disappointed when I ordered a Garden Salad with Shrimp. The salad was around $11 and the shrimp tacked on almost $10. I got a couple slices of tomatoes, a bit of red onion, some cukes ... and four ... JUST FOUR of some of the smallest shrimp I have ever seen. Worse...they smelled like fish, so I ended up not eating them or most of the salad. It was a rip-off. I've been there before and gotten their chicken and usually great food, usually great portions. But this was just bad.
