Tuna was ok. Desserts were small and sucked. The French onion was okay. The Mac was the usual creamy. Overall typical place. Wasn’t crazy about the food. It’s been a while since I’ve been here. Prob would come on a whirl.

Updating Apr 2026 - They have certainly improved the service at this location. My orders have been correct the last few times since my original review. Clearly they don't really check anything just marking the bag because I had no spoon or napkins for the drive through. Had to go inside and get them myself. I agree with the 75% if the time incorrect or incomplete orders. I always have issues with not getting croutons, today was a new one of no spoon or napkins even when I selected to receive utensils since I'm not staying there for my meal.

Conveniently located by the gym and Wegmans, but I wouldn't recommend it. I’ve been coming here for 6 months and the layout is just weird—the tables are too small to sit with a friend, and the dining room is always absolutely freezing. Plus, I usually have to wait for them to refill the iced coffee. Shoutout to the morning guy who always says good morning, but the rest of the staff—especially management—lacks basic hospitality. I saw a female manager sitting at a laptop in the front completely ignoring guests. They seem to focus heavily on catering rather than customer service.

Food was good, but some of my dishes weren't made properly in accordance with requests. A nice looking store on the outside, but the inside had some gross parts. Dirty tables, no napkins, a mess at the drink dispenser. I prefer different Panera locations.
