Wendy’s on Court St is my favorite Wendy’s in Tri-Cities. The food is always fresh and delicious. The service is good, I’ve always had great service. The atmosphere is a 3 because I hardly go inside of fast food restaurants anymore and it is pretty straightforward, it’s a fast food restaurant, not much to say. The dining area was clean the last time I went inside, I haven’t gone in the restrooms. The drive thru line can get long and the wait time depends on what you ordered, they tent to make food fresh which makes for a 5 - 10 minute wait time if you go during busy times. I don’t mind because

We stopped in Pasco on court. My husband even tipped service person as he was so nice. Mgr or owner even stopped at table to ask how everything was..a 1st. New buns...yummmmy

Workers were being lazy and the cashier wasn't even paying attention. Called and asked if they can make lunch, they said yes but it will be a 15 minute wait, went there and they told us they couldn't do it because it would "take too long to fire up the grills" wouldn't recommend

We ordered chili and they didn't have any chili. We didn't want the order after that. We asked for a refund. We had to call the corporate office to get the refund. We are still waiting for the refund.
