I waited in line for close to 10 minutes after ordering my drink to be told they were out of protein at the final window, I was asked if wanted anything else, this or course being garbage that's terrible for you, or what basically what amounts to low calorie water with extra ice, so I said no. 31g protein as per the signage outside the store itself is the only reason why I was there at all. I appreciate offering an alternative, but an I'm sorry or an apology would of went further in this situation, especially from a customer service point of view. 1. To the wonderful ladies who make my latte almost everyday thank you for always providing excellent customer and helping me with my customer needs. You always seem to go above and beyond. I've been going to this location since it opened and even though you can get Starbucks anywhere I always make sure to hit your location before I go out of town or just to get the day started for errands. I don't just love that u guys are close to my house when I'm off to work. But this location is the best coffee I have had and they never fail me when they make it. I Personally choose not to go to any other location for my Starbucks.
