It’s been several years since we’ve eaten at Krystal’s. After playing pickleball our kids were literally starving like Marvin so we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. and swing thru the drive thru for them. Our order was as follows: 4 Chiks PLAIN , a large fry , and 2 chili cheese pups …..that’s it. Our total was $22.40 The lady repeated the correct order back to us AND then confirmed with us at the window that we wanted our Chicks plain. We just got home only to find our Chiks were FAAAAAR FROM BEING PLAIN!!!! Needless to say my youngest child refused to eat them with the 10 lbs

The service for this Krystal has gone way done hill for the day shift. The lady with the red/orange dreads was snappy with the drive thru customer catching an attitude with them right in front of me (I was indoors) then when she asked my name I said Dede. She said D? I said no Dede and she said I'ma just put d because I don't have time. No sense of customer service. The food was correct and hot but being treated like that doesn't make me want to come back.

Went got a sack full & chili cheese fries the manager comes from the back hands sweaty didn't wash his after using his finger to assign a draw i had to ask for him to change his gloves out i recorded the whole thing I will be sending the food video and the manager not washing his hand to the health department that's how people get sick from cross contamination this pearl location should have been closed down they have always been extremely nasty food just soaked in water cheese cold not melted then have an attitude bc I asked to remake it if im already waiting why not serve me fresh hot food
