Update: I reached out to the owners, who were prompt in responding. They explained that the outdoor cleanliness issue was due to broken equipment they are working to replace/repair, and apologized for the cold food issue. I will give the location another try to see if improvements have been made. This is a Sonic I've frequented for YEARS. Made a visit with a friend today (4.4.26) to grab a quick bite before running a few errands and was absolutely disappointed with the entire experience. Placed the order (2 #3 Combos) at 1:01 PM according to the receipt; however, the food did not arrive

It took well over 40 minutes to get some drinks while we were the very first and only car in the parking lot when I put in my order and they said it was busy. Which would’ve been fine if I didn’t try my shake and it had strawberries. Definitely not what I ordered as I’m severely allergic to them. We did get a new shake afterwards, but that is still incredibly insane. Do better please!

Collin was EXTREMELY KIND when I was ordering an got confused he was very respectful an kind in taking my order an while delivering he went beyond an asked again if we was good or if we needed anything else. Sonic in Pearl yall keep great kind workers like him. Kuddos to Collin

Normally I would rank Sonic as a 4 or 5 star rating but lately visits to this Sonic have been really sub-par. In the past few weeks I’ve had cold food, watered down drinks, and missed items from my order. Tonight we stopped here to get a quick supper and ordered three kids meals and two BLT sandwich combos. I attached pictures of the sandwiches I received. They barely shared one slice of bacon. They were very dry with cold bread. The drinks my wife and I had were cherry-limeades and both of them were missing cherry flavor. It’s a real shame that this restaurant seems to be going down in qualit
