They take FOREVERRRR to get your food out, not friendly, care more about talking to each other than their customers. Waited almost 20 minutes in the drive-thru line tonight just to be served cold fries, nuggets and this is what my filet of fish looks like. To top it off they weren’t even competent enough to give me ketchup. I would NOT recommend. They put a whole new prospective on “fast” food. This McDonald’s shouldn’t even be in business according to reviews that are similar to mine as well. ✌🏼to my business EVER again.

Extremely disappointing experience. The store was unhygienic and clearly not being cleaned. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable as the staff and a customer were having a loud argument. We waited over 40 minutes for our order, only to find the customizations were incorrect. My children cannot eat ketchup or mustard, so they couldn't eat their meal at all. The staff's attitude was very unprofessional. I would give zero stars if I could.

I just left McDonalds on main st in Pearland and I have NEVER been so mad at how I was treated and what my food looked like when I got it. (See photo below) I ordered the Big Arch meal and I what I got was not a hamburger but a pile of what should be a hamburger. I had to eat it with a knife and fork it was so messy. I have lived in Pearland nearly 50 and I even worked at this McDonalds back in high school and I have never been so disappointed in a McDonalds in my life. we really liked the cool tables with lights on them (they were very futuristic) and we were also very hungry and it was delicious. The portion sizes were much smaller than back in the day (the fry in a kids meal is so small it is like a pretend toy container, but that is more on McDonald's corporate. we had a good experience at this McDonald's. Stephanie checked on us multiple times and was very kind.
