Food was made horribly! Nice to know that I can get a slice of roast beef with the bun I paid for. Not to mention the wrong fries given to me. This isn't the first time. And a handful of arbys sauce and horseradish does not mean 1 of each. Very unsatisfying. Do not recommend. Waste of time and money.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich in a Classic Roast Beef meal. The crispy chicken sandwich was super soggy and the fries were lukewarm at best. The overall experience was it bad just the food seemed old not very fresh

Ordered take out after a 14 hour shift. Both our brisket sandwiches were cold and dry. Also paid extra for chocolate milk that we didnt get. Couldn't eat the sandwiches and was told we had to use the app for a refund. Went to get the food replaced and was told they dont have chocolate milk at their store, then why is it available to purchase for an additional charge? I asked again for a refund and was told again they cant. Requested a refund through the app because they couldn't do anything for me. Got a call from the store while I was at work, I work long hours and the last thing I wanted to

Went to this Arby's about 11 am today... Got a Big Roast Beef and Curly Fry same thing I always get from every Arby's in this area and when Traveling and it was absolutely disgusting... It was dry hard and crispy as you will see in pic and it had dry nasty crusty sauce on the inside top of box. It didn't have sauce on sandwich it was like they pulled the sandwich container out of the trash... When we called to complain the lady said she would replace it but it was going to be the exact same way bc that's how they cook it... I call absolute BS on that bc I eat Arby's 4 to 6 times a week and alw
