thanks so much chick fil a! it was a VERY non busy wednesday. have a 15 minute break for the mall, and i spent 10 of it standing there while my app says my order is ready and they can’t find it. meanwhile its in the black bag sitting right next to the employees and didnt check it the entire time. wasted my time and my patience, when it could’ve took 2 seconds to check the warmer bag.

Waited 20 minutes while the rest of my party ordered, are and devoured their food from the restaurant next door. Mind you we ordered at the same time. When I finally asked if I was going to get my food. They replied with I'm sorry a spicy deluxe sandwich takes a long time to make. Really 20 mins?! Noted.

This was in the Food Court at Beachwood Place. Fine overall but my sandwich was spicy, not what I ordered. The crew promptly made me a new one. In that food court it's all food in to go bags though we ate at tables.

My son luckily saw a bug in his food before biting into it. Put it on a napkin took it to the staff he just went “bleh!” and threw it away no apologies so we good, no repeat.
