This El Pollo Loco has to be one of the worst places I have ordered from. The Hispanic lady at the register inside on 6/2/26 at about 12:15 p.m. was very unprofessional and rather mean to me. I told her I would like a chicken tostada with double chicken with extra beans and rice in cups. And I also would like a 8 peace chicken drumstick and thighs only. She then just mess everything up asking me if I wanted other stuff and when I try to answer her and specifically tell her how I didn't want some of the things she was saying, some kind of a way she just mess up my order totally.
