This place is highly underrated on Yelp. We almost skipped it because of some of the reviews, but I’m really glad we gave it a chance. The food was excellent — especially the beef pho, hu tieu, and Vietnamese iced coffee. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The customer service was also great. It’s a small family-run restaurant owned by older Vietnamese people, and I think some customers may misunderstand the atmosphere. They were kind, welcoming, and clearly working hard. Their food, quality, quantity, and taste are amazing. Very authentic. But the man doesn't speak English, not even a hello. The women speak enough to take your order. This place is my favorite for Vietnamese food, but don't expect manners or a smile. What they lack in hospitality, they make up for in how good their food is.

Disclaimer As someone who's of Vietnamese descent and lives in Southern California (home to the most Vietnamese outside of Vietnam), I have had some of the best pho in North America. I knew going in that having pho anywhere else would probably be disappointing, but I always hope for a pleasant surprise.
