Disappointing experience. This used to be one of my favorite Dunkin’ locations, but the service has noticeably declined. Long wait times and frequent shortages of menu items have become the norm. Sadly, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I never leave bad reviews usually, I just let things go. But, the girls that work here, when they make my drinks or food and I ask them to fix something, they have bad attitude. One girl (morning time around 10/11 am) in particular, she has bad attitude and raises her eyebrows (and makes rude facial expressions). I am paying for my drink, and she is getting payed to make my drink because she is working there. So, if i’m asking her to fix something (after I taste my coffee, I feel that there is something missing. Because the taste is inconsistent everyday), then she should gladly do it. As she

I came to the above location today 12/26 for a walk quick coffee. I waited in line it was kind of busy in there. Someone came in after me that apparently one of the workers knew. She asked him his order even though others were in line and started making his drink. I didn’t think anything of it because he still waited in line to pay. He didn’t notice me at first and stood in front of me in line but once I told him I was waiting he got behind me, no problem. I come here time to time from my office, and I loved the service I received and knowing the owner I know their coffee is good! The best in Perth amboy, and the hot chocolate for my mom, thank you 🙏🏽 for the upgrade. Definitely would recommend.
