One of the shift leaders or manager was rude!!!! Every time I come she’s rude. She’s white and wears glasses. I’ll never get food at this location again for my kids

The customer service is terrible and the service is slow. The person at the window seemed a little rude when saying things. I won’t be coming back. The woman the was at the window told my mom to pull up because our order wasn’t ready yet and we sat there for a good 30 minutes. So my mom went in and the cashier then said the orders been ready so I don’t understand why she didn’t bring it out to us. And what really ticked me off was that she brought several other customers their food and passed by us several times and she looked at us each time. I feel as that was a little discriminated because

The crazy bread was good but the lady behind the counter was rude as usual not sure if the fact that it was busy had anything to do with it. It seems like she always has an attitude every time we come in busy or slow.
