Ordered the new Chicken Ranch Nacho fries, but the lady over the mic said it wasn’t available. Totally cool! Until she got interrupted by another woman saying it could be made. Long story short, I’d rather be told it can’t be made if it’s not done correctly. Fries were absolutely soggy and cold, cheese was hot but barely any chicken at all. It smelled like absolute vomit. That’s the only way I could describe it. I hope the young lady finds a better job too, she looked miserable :(

ordered two taco supremes....the tacos had no warmth to them.... they were absolutely cold! and the lettuce was not even chopped...big pieces snd to the counter person who just threw the bag on the counter....needs to learn customer service! just noticed a dab of sour cream on one side and not the whole taco 🤦🏾‍♂️

I ordered food on my app for pickup in store. The bag I was given was heavy and there was a hole in the bag where food, including tortilla chips fell out. I don’t know if the hole was created from weight or moisture, but I was not happy that I lost my tortilla chips. It wasn’t worth the trouble to go back.

Asked for NO LETTICE How hard is it to not put something on a freaking taco.. im trying to make your job easier.. then once I removed the pound of lettuce I didn't order i was left w a sad maybe ¼ of the taco meat it's supposed to come with.. Will not be returning to this location.. thats for damn sure
