I know working at McDonald's you can find some real Karen's but maybe they're onto something. I know waiting for your order can take 15 minutes but for a single iced coffee? The attitude wasn't great. They definitely have had better days. If I had another option I would definitely take it.

So I place an online order NG82 for a total of $13.51 ti pick up through the drive-thru. When I get there, they lose my order. I Give them the code, show them the receipt they sent me, and showed them the transaction in my banking app. They did not get me my order! I was told the money would be refunded in about 3 days! They refused to simply place my order. 'It happens sometimes' is all the manager could tell me. Unbelievable! With what they're starting to charge for their food, I don't think they can afford to do thus to paying customers.

Seeing other reviews on here stating the same issues I experienced the last time motivated me to chime in. I was surprised it wasn't a one off occurrence. These young kids working here definitely take their jobs for granted. Maybe one need day they will realize the importance of maintaining proper food safety and service. In my experience, I forgot to order a burger in drive through so I went in to order it and exchange my kids meal because I asked for no mustard and it had a little on it(she wont). It took them 10 minutes after this geeky kid took my money to notice I was still there. Through

I placed an order through DoorDash when I got my delivery when I opened the bag it was sealed completely and when I opened the bag, there was the food on there, but I ordered a six piece nuggets happy meal and they forgot to put the nuggets and the apples inside the happy meal and the bag was still completely, so there was no way that DoorDash would’ve been able to stick their hand and got any food from there the way the bag was sealed and then on the Big Mac that I ordered I ordered no onions and extra sauce.
