Just placed an order online for pick up , did not receive my fries for one of the combos, they put onions on my burger and I am allergic, buns weren't toasted . Fries cold . They had no line. If I'm customizing my order online it shouldn't be hard to read the order and follow direction. I've worked fast food so there is no excuse for so many wrongs to happen in an order especially when it's slow. Asked for two of my drinks to have no ice and they still put ice . Didn't even put any ketchup or ask if I would like any, just gave the bag and closes the window . Do better.

Went through the drive thru and the girl at the 2nd window was extremely rude.When she opened the window she didn’t say anything and just gave me my drinks. My drink had accidentally dropped which I get is not her fault but when she saw what happened she made a snarky face. Make your customer service better no shade.
