I ordered the medium pizza special 2 mediums for 8.99. One of the pizzas was incorrect. I got olives instead of onions. I called the Pikesville Maryland store and spoke with Jonah (or something like that)!advised the pizza was wrong. He told me he’d make the correct one and to come pick it up. I live to far away to make another trip. I asked if it could be delivered he said “I don’t know man” I said I would pay the delivery fee he said “I’m busy call me back later” so here I sit with a pizza covered in olives. Had to flick them off with a fork

They now are using door dash for deliveries. I ordered a pizza and paid for it, the app confirmed that it was picked up but the pizza never made it to my house. I called the store and explained the issue to the manager he apologized and then hung up, without offering any resolution to my issue.

I ordered a dinner box with only beef and bacon added to the pizza. Somehow someone over there added chicken to my pizza. I'm allergic to chicken. Also the cinnasticks weren't cooked all the way. Thank god I looked before eating it. I had to call 5 times to get someone on the phone. I kept getting hung up on. Finally got a lady to answer the phone and she was completely rude when I explained what was wrong. She offered to send a corrected pizza, which I accepted. I asked to make sure that they wanted the wrong pizza back and she rudely said yes. Almost like a "duh". Won't be ordering from here

Whoever made my food for my pick up order at 1240 pm today, it was made perfectly! Thank you for making it with care. My children and I literally ate half while sitting in traffic lol I didn’t even have time to take pictures. Maybe you can teach the location at 2303 rolling road something or a million because they are trifling 🙄😤
