The service was wonderful!!!! From the time we walked in until we left. Im not sure what changed since the last time I was here but it was a great experience. The manager, I think his name was Colbey, ran a tight ship. He made sure everyone was doing their part to make sure the restaurant ran perfectly. Curlee welcomed us in and was so friendly!! Then our server... WOW!!! SOME OF THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE SEEN IN PINE BLUFF! MAYA WAS AMAZING. I TIPPED HER 30%! KEEP DOING WHAT EVER IT IS THAT YOU ARE DOING. IT WAS MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY AND SHE FELT JUST LIKE THE PRINCESS SHE IS!

This is a update on my previous review. We went back, and the manager we so welcoming. We had a wonderful afternoon lunch. Just want to say thank you to Stanley and Brianna. You made us feel welcome and now I know why red lobster is a family favorite. The food was excellent and the cheesecake is the best. Waited 20 min to be seated. After getting a table, I waited 10 min just to get a waiter. The waiter came bringing biscuits and taking the drink orders with the food. Got the drink order 15 minutes later. Then waited almost 2 hours for the food. Called the waitress to ask how far they are.

When I rate a restaurant I'm looking for the overall experience that being said the food was fantastic but the service was horrible. We asked for extra napkins we waited 45 minutes and had to ask again. She took my tea glass and didn't bring it back for 25 minutes. I wish this was all but it wasn't. I've haven't been on a Sunday in Avery long time and I doubt I will go on a Sunday again. It completed ruined my lunch plans with my son today.
