Although it’s called crispy cones, your brain will want to imagine a warm donut-like churro-like cone and you will be severely disappointed when you find out it is indeed crispy and accurately described. My friends found the vanilla good and chocolate just ok, I thought the vanilla was just ok. I was surprised it wasn’t heavy or creamy but surprisingly light (maybe because of the toppings). Idk don’t come here if you’re diabetic for sure. Would I come here again-probably not but can definitely understand the hype of you’re an American and love a good sugar rush and would recommend it to people

Crispy Cones just opened and I have to say, the experience was fantastic! The cones are freshly made in front of you, unique and delicious, but what really stood out was the customer service. Even though the line was long (especially considering its fairly new and going on a long weekend) and it took some time to make the cones fresh, the owner went above and beyond by handing out free ice cream to those waiting. Such a small gesture, but it made such a big difference and showed how much they value their customers. Definitely worth the visit — both for the amazing cones and the welcoming atmos

I had a great experience! My ice cream was excellent! The store was clean and had a great vibe! The staff was great and friendly! But there was on staff member who really stood out to me and made my experience great, Eddie! He was kind, funny and attentive! He really made this a great experience and I will def be coming again and requesting Eddie to make my ice cream!
