All the staff here were gathered together, laughing and chatting loudly. After a long time, only one male staff member inquired about the customer's needs. I feel that Starbucks' service level needs improvement. They shouldn't be gathering together and making noise during working hours. Please proactively inquire about the customer's needs and don't disturb other diners. Thank you!

I usually don’t write a lot of reviews for places but I honestly love this Starbucks so much and figured it was time to write one. My friend Despina and I come here extremely often. We love the atmosphere and people here, they are so so nice! The morning staff has always been friendly to us and welcomed us with a smile as soon as we came in. The afternoon staff is also extremely friendly as well :) I made friends with one of the baristas who remembers me every time I come in and they are always nice about everything when it comes to costumer service. I always love coming here, it’s my favorite

This Starbucks location is right next to the AMC Theatre — a double bonus for me! What a lovely spot. You can enjoy your favorite coffee before or after a movie — such a perfect combination. The place has both indoor and outdoor seating, which is great depending on your mood or the weather. The staff here is friendly, and they always have the latest drinks available. It’s a great hangout spot for friends and family alike. Highly recommended if you're in the area! 😃
