I ordered lunch from this Tropical Smoothie location through Uber Eats. I ordered a Supergreen Caesar Chicken Wrap, a Mixed Berry Greek Yogurt, a Mango Monsoon Smoothie, and a cookie. I took one bite of my wrap and felt something stringy. I took a peek in my wrap, and there was a RUBBER BAND mixed in. I am completely infuriated, as I could have choked on this had I swallowed it. Following this, I took the yogurt out of the bag to see that there was barely a scoop of actual yogurt in the bowl. The employees of this Tropical Smoothie location should be ashamed of themselves. I would strongly advise against visiting this location. From the moment I walked in, there was a complete lack of basic customer acknowledgment. Despite standing at the front for several minutes, no one greeted me or made any effort to assist, even though staff were visibly present and working.The overall atmosphere felt disorganized and poorly managed, with employees appearing overwhelmed and inattentive. I always buy at tropical smoothie but this location needs better training on making smoothies. All three i purchased were watered down. For the amount of food and smoothies I bought wow what a waste of money

I would not recommend going to this location. They appear to be understaffed, and the workers were very rude and unprofessional. No one acknowledged me when I entered, especially Padro. The staff could benefit from proper customer service training. I was standing there for nearly 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence.I would not recommend going to this location.
