Went in drive thru. 7 cars went in the left drive thru lane before the right lane when I was next in line. When it was my turn, another 4 cars in the left lane went before the person greeted me. Though the food was really good and the chicken piece was massive. So it made up for it.

horrible, horrible horrible waited 25 minutes for two twelve piece chicken nugget meals. watched people that came in after us get their food before us. went in to ask the woman that took our order when our food would be out and she told us soon. waited 10 more minutes in Winton and talked to another worker and said that there was no previous order for our meals. after waiting 25 minutes, we finally got our food. The drinks tasted like dog food. The chicken nuggets were moist and over peppered. The fries were not crinkle cut. I would not recommend very false advertising so much for a fast food

The staff is so amazing, they welcomed us during the crazy flood of July '25 and served us coffee, cookies, salads, and love. The manager was so kind and deserves the best review I could give. 10/10 establishment. And to the dude who was pissed he didn't get his four smoothies, go drink the new watchung river water.

The chicken nuggets are always white and mushy inside instead of fried golden and firm. Its actually disgusting. The fries are always extremely dry, but thats not necessarily the locations fault. And the mac and cheese NEVER EVER has the dark crust. Where did it go??? And the drive through/parking set up is trash. But otherwise i like this chick fil a. They always get my order right for the most part.
