Birthday shenanigans with Barry, family and friends what a time we had!!!! We had such a beautiful, professional and gracious waitress, Ms. Betsy and all the staff made Barry's birthday such a wonderful occasion. The food was so delicious!!!!!You have to stop in they are located on Jupiter rd. In Plano!!!!!

No team work from chefs. I'm a fedex driver and I stop at many Waffle houses. This one is not up to standard. Food or waffle comes out first everytime and it's cold when the rest comes out. Servers do what they can. But you can only do so much when people don't listen. I heard the lady have to repeat herself so much I was getting annoyed. I'm just wanting better things. This is the 3rd time this has happened and I've only been 3 times to this location. Just poor communication on the cooks side from what I've seen.

Stopped by to have breakfast. It was ridiculously cold in there. Definitely in the 60’s maybe 62°. That definitely ruins the dining experience. Coffee would be cold in seconds. Not paying to have food go cold in seconds. I still can’t believe how cold it was in there smh

Waffles with coffee is my favorite weekend morning food and Waffle House is the best place to have it. I have been to this location for many years and can say that the food is fresh and delicious every time. Hashbrowns are always soft and crispy on the outside. Never had to wait too long for food after ordering, the staff goes out of the way to make your day.
