I pulled into the drive thru and waited about 5 min with no reply from someone to take my order so I pulled ahead and there was car in line. I could see people inside and they were just on their phones. (First time at this location.) After waiting a few minutes I decided to reverse and someone actually took my order! She was pleasant and quick also repeated my order to make sure it was correct so kudos to her. However when I got to the second window my stomach dropped a bit. The lady at the fryer was using her phone with gloves on.

I had a problem with the Whataburger App. It showed an offer, listed twice in July with no expiration date, for a Free Side with Purchase of Patty Melt, but I couldn't access and use it. No problem. The Manager, Naureen Asad, did what good managers do. She acknowledged the problem, and took my order which included a Free Side of Onion Rings. They were delicious. Lauryn Hahnel★★★★★Whenever I go to the area, my family and I go to this Whataburger. We usually just go through the drive thru and park in the parking lot and eat in our car since we live kinda far and the food would be cold by the time we get home. The service has been great every time. Our orders have been correct. The meals we get are delicious. (Whataburger with cheese, no pick, no tomatoes.) Since they have had the limoted edition cups for $2 that you can add to your order, we have been getting those. And we use them at home all the time. The drivethru is a little tight and we have had to wait for our food
