Had an amazing experience here today! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the service was outstanding. Our server Kim was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Drinks stayed full, food came out hot and fresh, and every detail was handled with care. It’s rare to find service that genuinely makes you feel valued as a guest. Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while—I’ll absolutely be back!”

We were in IHOP Plant city tonight. A young lady named Jay was fabulous. She is a very nice and talented waitress in this restaurant. she she made us so welcome. I feel so welcome that I would not have a problem going back any night that she’s working in this restaurant. I marked up top that the restaurant or the food was five stars. Kim and (Anathsha?? Trainee) were both great and attentive. Food was great. This IHOP has really stepped up their since I first visited 5 years ago. Decided to give them a chance again and glad I did. Been here now 3 times since my last visit 5 years ago which was not good. Keep up the great work.
