I mostly utilize the drive thru. I call ahead with my order, but it appears some people don't. So, they hold you up in line while their order is being processed. It would be nice if people who place their order at the window, wait in the parking area, so callef in ready orders can be processed. They do this sometimes to be fair

I’ve been going here for years!! Today was BY FAR the worst experience ever!!! My order total they said at the window was different then what my card was swiped. I get alerts and the alert was $7 and changed more. The manager says they didn’t run my card for more. I literally pulled it up on my bank app and showed him. He claims it wasn’t them! How the hell when it says hooks!!! He refused to give me my money back. I called my bank and whoever ran my card tipped them self!! That was not authorized and a report has been made! Ordered 10 shrimps and fries I got 9 and not even a full portion of f

Food look amazing taste good, but as soon i eat it i had to go and use the bathroom, wife started to trow up and felling bad for a couple of hours, we are use to eat out everywhere and have a strong stomach, has breakfast as the house and the only thing i eat was from here
