I want to give a shoutout to the three girls working the night shift at Arby's. They were doing an excellent job, especially considering how much pressure they seemed to be under. One girl with curly hair was taking care of the lobby, and it looked very clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, a group of guys came in and quickly made a mess of the area, but she immediately got back to work cleaning it again. She was clearly doing her best and working hard to keep everything looking nice despite the constant challenges. The two girls working the front counter were also doing a great job. The

Please do better. We received our food it was cold. The beef and cheddar was clearly thrown together and smashed. Very disappointed.

The first time we came to this location, our service was absolutely fabulous. The girl running the drive-thru was so friendly and our food was perfect. She had made the wrong shake so gave us a free one and you could tell she was happy to work there. Incredibly personable and kind. Today was our second time coming here and it couldn't have been more opposite. The girl at the counter was angry the moment we walked in the door. We said hi, she didn't even look at us. They took 20 min. To get my order ready and it was not a big order. The whole time I watched the cashier wipe her nose with her open hand while she was packing bags…..slowly with another person!! HOW does it take 20 min to put three meals together? They weren’t busy. I think they give the drive through customers first priority because all the bags went out the window, literally.
