Wow. This place. It's always been hot or miss at best, but tonight...... Walked in and up to the counter to the young gentleman at the counter. No hello, no acknowledgement at all. Stood there for quite a while refusing to look up or make contact, until another employee came out. Gave us the wrong sizes, told they are out of pretzels. Plus tonight the store was filthy. Smudges, crumbs along with all kinds of bits and bobs on the counter. They seemed put out that we even came in. Very disappointed. We have been coming in less and less and this is why.

The ice cream tasted good, but as soon as she scooped it into the cup, it already looked semi-melted. I live 6 minutes from the store and by the time I got home, there was a puddle in my boyfriend’s hands from holding the cup. It had melted everywhere. I suggest turning the freezers to a colder temperature because the heaters in the store may be making the ice cream very soft…

This was one of the most unpleasant ice cream shop visits I’ve ever had. The service was painfully slow, and the girl behind the counter looked like she hadn’t showered in days. No hairnet, long dirty-looking nails, and overall just extremely unhygienic. I was literally praying she wouldn’t be the one touching or making our food. On top of that, her baggy shirt kept exposing her bra, which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional for any workplace—especially one serving food.
