Came to 22nd Street Cafe to celebrate Brazil’s World Cup win. The vibes were divine! It was karaoke Monday, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. The chicken tenders were perfectly cooked and tender, the shrimp were fried just right and a generous size, and the Winglings were an absolute banger.

This corner cafe has a friendly, old-school vibe and plates up some of the best fried fish and chicken around. The cocktails are a nice bonus, and it’s the kind of place where you feel right at home. I’ll definitely be back for more.

My first time here. Parking was difficult. It's a younger crowd 25-40. The drinks are metered. The food smelled good but I didn't have any. My time there was spent wondering what the DJ was playing and trying to get a barmaid's attention. There were 2 working a full bar. I ordered twice and was served once. I even had a hard time trying to tip the barmaid. It just wasn't my kind of scene.
