Bagels shouldn’t be flat and tough…….. mistakes happen but where’s the quality control???? I don’t know what’s going on with this location but clearly the company doesn’t care about standards. Not to mention nobody wants to bite into a cinnamon crunch bagel that also tastes like onion. The service was quick but careless.

Usually a decent experience but this time I ordered to go and they missed 1 whole sandwich and the other 1 was thrown together. Obviously they're certain workers with a lack of pride. Picture shows exactly how i recieved it with the tomatoes on the side and skimpy on the chicken

Love coming here for their bakery items. I love their cookies and their home made bread and bagels are absolutely delicious. They also have really good sandwiches too. They also have bread bowls and a really good soup choice to put in there too. Everything's real good honestly been coming here for years. The place is well kept and if you order online it's done really fast they even have a drive through. The employees are super nice and I only once got the wrong order I told them and they fixed it right away. Try it out come here if you haven't and prices are more than reasonable.

$10.49 for the new Chibata dipper, half sandwich. VERY skimpy on the meat. As with most items at Panera, portions are small. Taste was very good but not worth the money. Wife got a salad which was good size but the dressing couldn't have been more than 2 or 3 tablespoons. There were 2 containers but neither were even half full. When she asked for 1 more, they wanted to charge her $1.25. Was very disappointed overall. I realize everything costs more but I'd rather pay a little extra for a decent portion. Maybe this was just a quirk but won't order this again
