This place is such a find! Heading to the US vs Belgium match, we arrived too early to get into the gates. So, we got the recommendation to go to Marathon Taverna! We got a really nice welcome when we arrived and super friendly service! The food was really tasty from the Greek Kabob, Beyond Burger and Greek Burger! Plus, we enjoyed the complimentary popcorn while we waited for our food! They have a great selection of tap beers to enjoy as well! We will definitely be back!

Fun atmosphere! We played Pool and listened to good music! And free popcorn!! 3 poop tables and multiple tables with a variety of sports playing. Staff was very attentive

If you want your real ID punched this is the place for you!! The security guy Rob was awesome!! He couldn’t tell my friends ID was real! A truly remarkable experience… really elevated the new years vibe. Great way to start 2026 with a trip to the dmv…(mind you my friend was the dd and this was the first bar we went to that night..)

Marathon Taverna is exactly what you want in a sports dive, It’s got that high-energy crowd without all the stuffy, corporate BS. Prices are solid, the place is cool, and the staff is chill. Also, shout out to Rob on the door. It’s rare to find security who actually gets it, he was friendly but you could tell he was keeping things in check and making sure the place stayed safe and fun. He clearly looks out for the spot. Definitely a go-to if you're in the area.
