Bad attitude. Just because the self-service area is very busy, you shouldn't act that way. You should take a customer service training course, request more employees, or find a job where your attitude is acceptable.

I waited 30 minutes to order my food, and no one attended to me. I went inside, and the attitude of the manager on duty left much to be desired—it was truly appalling. My burger was terrible they didn't even give me what I had ordered and the manager's attitude was extremely poor.

If I could give a negative 1000000 I would. Every single person I encountered today at 4:30pm at this location ignored me and were clearly scared to speak. They were balling up the elderly’s receipts even though they still wanted it. Gave a gentleman his receipt out the garbage just nasty. And then the tall girl with a long face and thin ponytail couldn’t greet customers but as soon as her boyfriend walked in she was quick to go play in his dreads. They were at the booth or table right next to the entrance by drive thru.

It was my first time here at the McDonald’s. I haven’t been in the area since I was a child. I was just passing through Harvey Illinois when I spotted actually four homeless people I had initially ordered carryout food for one of the homeless individuals when I went back to give him his food, he was nowhere in sight. I backtracked back to the McDonald’s. It was there that I met a young woman and her cat. She was standing in the median, and I asked her if she was hungry, and I handed her a bag of McDonald’s breakfast. The look on her face really made my day. I can’t wait to return to the McDona
