First, I will address the service by sharing a heavy set fellow, unshaven and wearing glasses was a sad case for a "first contact" person. He just stuck his hand out the window to take my money while never turning his head. He was taking orders and dropping change on the ground!! I realize that taking these type jobs are not of the best working conditions. Yet, when a job is taken, IT'S ABOUT THE BUSINESS YOU ARE WORKING FOR. If one does not have the decency to be people friendly, one should not take such jobs. Now the food! I ordered the deluxe cheeseburger combo with bacon. LAWD! bacon is

I have went to this mcdonalds alot, and almost every time ive been they forgotten some food. its embarrassing how nice i am to them and they dont give a shit about me. Please do better.

Ive ordered here many times but never experienced service like today. Ordering at 4:36pm, arrived at the location for pick up and checked in to parking at 4:50 to only sit there 15 min before deciding to go inside. It was chaotic. People were there complaining. Others trying to place orders. Had i just gone through the drive through, I would have been fine. Once getting my order, it was completely wrong. Ordered 2 six pc nuggets and 1 four peice, recieved the opposite. Oreo McFlurry was M&M, added 2 pies I didnt order, left out my chicken sandwich... so disappointed, too tired ro take it back.

I fell of my trailer steps this morning, busted my head and was having a bad day. I came through the drive through at the guy at the first window ALEX , was so nice he turned my whole day around. I got to fix my trailer steps next week when I get paid from Randy.
