I went through the drive through and asked about the new stiffer salad (stuffed in a bread pocket). The associate described every one of them and when I asked their favorite they said the green goddess because it has the chicken bacon egg and is really good. I just finished mine and the flavors were minimal, the bread didn’t have any flavor and there wasn’t any bacon. Not sure if they’re pre made or made to order but for $12 it was well below what I expected and I know I would not recommend or ever have one again. Disappointing.

Food is always great, they just never remember to put the condiments in the bag for delivery orders. So I’m stuck drinking my soup or often no butter or knife for the baguette. I have called multiple times but nothing changes outside of the day I called, so it’s pointless. Love the food but questioning whether it’s worth it when I could get equal quality from other places and also get the condiments that should be common sense to put in the bag.

I have been skeptical to try tomato soup, thank goodness my daughter talked me into trying it. I ordered the half tuna sandwich with a bowl of tomato soup. It was so amazingly delicious! We sat in front of the window overlooking the mountains, now I wish I would have taken pictures. It was absolutely a breathtaking View.

Reported to AZ department of health. Twice now I had long strands of hair melted into the cheese and impossible to remove. Sandwiches are grossly covered with too much of the condiments, so you cant buy a sandwich to save for later. If you ask for the condiments on the side, you can bet on not receiving it the majority of the time. Clearly the management team needs to be removed and staff retrained with a proper manager that cares about consistency. Thanks for making me vomit tonight.
