I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience at Krispy Kreme today. My mom went through the drive-thru earlier and specifically ordered the Easter Specialty Dozen. What we received looked nothing like what was advertised or described. Instead of the themed assortment, it seemed like they just threw together a random mix of leftover donuts. What’s even more frustrating is that no one told her they were out of any of the Easter donuts. There was no communication at all—just handed a box that didn’t match the order. Went here for the advertised deal of buy a dozen of any donuts you got a dozen of the orange dreamsicle for $5. However, this location was not participating in that promotion. We tried online first and then went into the store to verify. The orange dreamsicle donuts were good though!
